Pour Decisions — Terms of Service & SMS Program Terms

These terms govern the Pour Decisions SMS program operated by EvoTx LLC (registered brand name: Pour Decisions; club name: The Pour Society; "we", "us"), a private members-only social club for adults 21 and over that hosts tasting events.

1. Program description

When you opt in, we send you one kind of text message: a notification that the recap page for a club event you attended is ready, containing a secure link to that page. No marketing, no advertising, no offers, no other message type, and nothing is sold by text message.

2. Opt-in and eligibility

You opt in by entering your mobile number in the Pour Decisions club app and actively checking a consent box dedicated to this SMS program. The consent box states the message type, the frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and the STOP instruction. Age is verified at the time of consent by date-of-birth entry: you must enter your date of birth, which must show you are 21 years of age or older, before a number is accepted. Consent is given directly to EvoTx LLC / Pour Decisions for this program only; it is not bundled with any other agreement and is not a condition of membership or attendance. A number entered without the consent box checked and a qualifying date of birth is discarded and never used.

3. Message frequency

The program sends exactly one kind of message: a secure link to the recap page of a club event you attended. Frequency varies with how often you attend — one message per event, typically 1–4 per month. Nothing else is sent.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We never charge for messages; your carrier's standard rates apply.

5. Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You can rejoin later by replying START or by opting in again at a club event.

7. Privacy and data sharing

We never sell or share your phone number or personal information with anyone, for any reason. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 8. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
